There's more to life than Mel Gibson's crazy and perhaps criminal phone rants. Lindsay honors a Lohan family tradition by landing in the can. Both her mother and father have had the brushes with the law. In fact Lindsay was subpoenaed once by a process server while on the red carpet. Lindsay assumed it was a fan wanting an autograph and rushed over. The paper turned out to be an official request from the court to testify against her own mother in a fraud case. Oh yeah and an uncle of Lindsay's served some serious time for trying to defraud a 911 relief fund to the tune of 6 decimal places!
